Warranty Policy
The AirHood products are designed to the highest standards to make clean cooking a reality for everyone. The AirHood offers 1-year standard warranty and extended warranty plans are available for purchase. Should you encounter any difficulties while operating your product in observation of the instruction manuals and in the intended environment, our customer team is ready to assist you via support@theairhood.com or our contact form here.
AIRHOOD also offers a 30-day moneyback guarantee for all products that are defective. If you believe you have received an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@theairhood.com for further instructions. Shipments received with damaged product will be replaced with a new shipment. Returns must have an RMA number assigned by AIRHOOD or they will be refused with all costs and risks assumed by the sender.

This warranty comes with every item purchased on Theairhood.com as a default.

The warranty is valid for orders placed to the U.S. only.
WHAT’S COVERED?

The warranty is applicable to manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage as a result of misuse, accidental damage, damage as a result of modifications, alterations or use of incompatible parts.

Merchandise found to be defective within the warranty period may be repaired or replaced to the customer out of AIRHOOD's warehouse stock. Decision will be made by the support team after customer has been in touch via email.

Replacement or repair shipments are free of charge within the U.S. only.

In these conditions, "Defective" applies to a product that fails or ceases to operate fully and correctly at any time within the warranty period, due to manufacturer's defect or other mechanical malfunctions.

BATTERY: When operating under normal conditions, wireless AirHood battery is designed to retain ≥ 80% capacity after 300 charging cycles. Natural decline in battery capacity is standard with lithium-ion batteries and not considered defective. On the other hand, defective batteries (e.g. failing to hold charge) due to manufacturer and workmanship faults may be covered in the warranty.
AIRHOOD COVERPLUS - 1 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY

AirHood CoverPlus is an optional 1-year (12-month) extended warranty plan available for purchase at US$35 on theairhood.com

The 1-year extended warranty will commence after the completion of the 12 months of standard warranty and will be subject to the same terms and conditions as the standard warranty.

CoverPlus can only be applied to electric appliances sold on Theairhood.com. CoverPlus is available to purchase for the following items: AirHood Wired, AirHood Wireless, Induction Cooker, Electric Vacuum Pump

The extended warranty must be purchased at the same time as the physical item (within the same order) for it to apply. It cannot be purchased separately after the initial purchase.

The $35 CoverPlus warranty applies to one item only. If you purchase multiple products and wish to cover each with an extended warranty, you must purchase a separate CoverPlus warranty for each item.

If you purchase one extended warranty but several items in the same order, the CoverPlus warranty will apply to the first item that shows a defect during the 12-24 month period (after the standard warranty expires) and for which you contact customer support. Once the warranty is applied to one item, it cannot be transferred to another product.

The offer is neither transferable nor exchanged for cash or products.

In addition, the warranties do not cover ordinary wear and tear of the product, damage as a result of misuse, accidental damage, damage as a result of modifications, alterations or use of incompatible parts.
The warranty does not cover free replacement or repairs shipments outside of U.S.
