Frequently Asked Questions
vacuum storage containers set
How long does it take to charge the battery of the vacuum pump?
The charging time varies depending on the adapter power. With maximum power output, the charging time is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
How long does the battery of the vacuum pump last on one charge?
The battery lasts for roughly 1 hour or 120L of pumped air volume. Since the size of each of our glass containers varies, the amount of individual pumping processes you can get out of one charge depends on the volume of air you are pumping out of a container each time. For reference, the containers can hold the following volumes of air (when empty): S = 470 ml, M = 800 ml, L = 1,380 ml, XL = 2,600 ml.
What do the different colours of the LED indicator light on the vacuum pump mean?
Flashing red and green alternately = vacuuming in process Flashing red = Low battery Steady red = Charging Steady Green = Fully Charged
The vacuum pumped suddenly stopped vacuuming and cannot be turned on again, what can I do?
Your vacuum pump might have sucked in liquid and turned off as a safety feature to avoid damaging it. If your containers were very full with soft or liquid foods, check first that no liquid has been sucked in before you turn the pump on again. Make sure not to turn the pump upside down to avoid liquid getting further inside the pump if any has been sucked in.
