Refund policy

For products purchased via our website, we have a 30-day return policy after receiving your item to request a return. 
 

Eligibility 
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase from the AirHood website. All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all accessories.Returns may be made within 30 days of receiving the item. 
 

How to Return 
 
To start a return, you can contact us at support@theairhood.com. If your return is eligible, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that for non-defective items, return shipping needs to be paid by the customer. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You mustreturn your items no later than 7 days from the day that you have received notification of return instructions and your return is deemed eligible. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of 7 days.Returns sent after the deadline will not be accepted. 

AirHood reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to US$15 if product has been used or any of its components, or accessories are missing, in poor condition or not in their original packaging. In addition, the AirHood reserves the right to refuse to issue a refund or exchange at all if the return is missing components or accessories, or if products are damaged due to misuse or negligence.

If you purchased your AirHood product through a retailer or other channels, please follow their return policy for refunds. 

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you believe you have received an item that is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@theairhood.com for further instruction. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

 

Exchanges 
We will try our best to accommodate change requests for your order. Please note that due to quick processing times we may not be able to make requested changes before your order has been shipped. In case your order has been shipped before our customer support team was able to handle your request you will have to return your ordered product first before we are able to send the requested exchange item to you. Return shipping for exchanges has to be paid by the customer. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Processing time can take up to 2 weeks for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
